at the 01.09.2013 it was time again fort he 15th Teuto-Tour in Bad Iburg with about 780 starters while we had wonderful weather conditions. The course leads right thru the Teutoburger Forest. It´s just a fun contest, for those, who likes to ride their MTB. You can choose between two different distances, 20 or 50km. After I finished the 20km, when I crossed the finish line, I could decide whether I stop or ride the 50km. I decided myself to ride the 50. The 50k course got about 1150m of altitude, wonderful single trails and several ascents and descents. The organization was really good, like in the last years. They offered two supply stations on the course, one after 15km and the other after 35km and of course in the finish area, where I was able to recover with music, sausages and a wheat beer, and of course some tales of riding.
I´m looking forward fort he next year to come.
