It´s been a long time since I ran such a distance und normally my wife wanted to start fort he 5th time in Biel.
Well, I thought to myself, if we´re going to Biel, I could run as well.
As planned , I wanted to start exercise in January, but it didn´t start before Good Friday, this Friday I got some back aches after only 15km. Because of this I stayed the whole Easter-weekend in bed and received an injection by the doctor.
Than another long break and my plan, became a no plan. I just ran until the 13:06.14 just 3 times a shorter distance around 10km. That´s all folks, my complete preparation.
Before the start I had some mixed weird feelings. The first 10km went really good, but than at km50, my plan ended at km56.
