The last race of the Premier League was a stage race in Albstadt and because of this we were heading south again.
The weather wasn´t the best, but to be honest, we didn´t care much about it.
On the first day schedule was a short but fast race. It´s not my beloved, but at the end I finished on a good place in the front.
Robby started in the Hobby class and finished 10th overall and 2nd in his AG.
The very next day stood a road race on the schedule, while having heavy rain fall. It wasn´t that nice riding, even if you have to ride down the serpentine, but because I rode at the front, it wasn´t that bad.
Robby did a really good job and was able to defend his position.
The 3rd and last day offered us a 80km road race with a few crashes, but none of us. Rain fell slowly and I felt really good and at the end I took the 11th place after a home straight sprint. In the Premier League ranking I got up on the 16th place, but with 2 missing races and became best single starter. Next year I´ll be there again…for sure
Robby was able to gain some time and won this race and the overall victory of all classes and received a trophy, a yellow and a white jersey as well like 4 bouquets of flowers
Having said this: We had fun!
