I start from behind, and don´t win the first 100m. But in races such like this, you´ve to stand in front row, like Marco, he had a good ride until he crashed. Get well soon by the way. What did I wanted to say? Wait…well, I don´t start very good, don´t sprint and don´t like crowded sections…
Now, someone should have told or ask me, why I keep on stating each weekend on different races? I forgot…But the race in Kollerbeck went good, I presume. Pentecost Saturday with 33degrees and sunshine and keep on riding the same amusing round course for hours. One good thing is, when I entered the next round, I forgot the one before and the course is always new to you, like the root each round again…
Damn it, I almost rode over my friend Frank, the old express owl. Who discovered a complete new bug during the race and wanted to take a closer look at it, but inches before his nose, my brakes work and so, I saved Frank´s and his bugs life. By the way, please help me not to forget, that Frank has to grant me some wishes and cakes, at least 3 times…
Well, my bike did a really good job and the PowerBar gel did a good job on me and after just an hour I remarked that the race was all over. Just 5 rounds? Race all over? Damn it, my age. But, it´s nice here, maybe I will start here next again. But better write it down, so I won´t forget it…
My next race will be in Willingen.
I´m sure, it will be nice there as well and I think I haven´t been there before.
