Like last year I travelled again to the Kneipp cure town of Bad Wörishofen, for an easy half marathon. This year the run was at the 18.05.2014.
Packing everything was simply, but not to forget my kilt. My result last year was not bad, but I would like to improve it. My both nephews started again, but just over the 444m distance. The start was at 9:09o´clock, and everyone was a winner who finished and became a medal and something to eat. Just fun.
My start was at 9:30o´clock, when I entered the start box, someone told me, oh you´re fast, please stand more in front. I was shocked. What ? Well, there are not that many people running round in kilts, and last year you were fast. All right, that counts. Back to the front…No problem
On time at 9:30o´clock the race started on a 7km course, you had to run 3 times. The first round wasn´t that good for me. The 2nd became better and the 3rd, never mind. Afterall it was a nice run, but my time was not that good than last year. Overall I finished 11th and 3rd in my AG.
Now, I´m looking forward what else to come in 2014.
