I started with problems with my knee, special thanks to some pills, it was bearable. My goal was to finish Top50.The start was at 7:30o´clock and Started from the last place in the first block. The first 15km you rode like in a convoy, than it was time to push the pedals, up and downhill and was able to re-gain some places.
Luckily, we had no rain this year in Willingen. After 58km and 1500m of altitude I finished with a time of 2:30h on the 46th place of about 400 in my class.
Afterall…I´m satisfied and I´m really looking forward for theUltra-Bike-Marathon in Kirchzarten coming Sunday. This time again with the Tandem.Greeting and see you soon,
