While we had wonderful „ Fritz Walter Weather“, I participated at the public run in Sundern Allendorf, it was called all around the station of Allendorf, a 5km run. The course got 2 ascents, and I finished 3rd place in my AG35.
I´m not satisfied with my result, if I just had run a little bit faster after the 4th km, because the 2nd in my AG was just 30sec ahead of me. Anyhow, now I´m looking forward for the MTB race in Willingen in 15days and just 106 days until the combination of 21km run and 42km bike in Plettenberg at the P-Way.
