Last Sunday, it was time again, time for the 31st edition of the Alp-Extreme.
I haven´t slept very much, about 2h, because of a Kreator concert, the evening before, I went at 4o´clock by car to Ottenbach.
You got the choice between the distance of 190,210 and 250km.
Today I decided myself very fast and choose the 190km distance with about 3000m of altitude, because of the lack of sleep, and maybe of the rain…
The start was at 5:30o´clock for about 3500riders…
After just 10km I had fix my first flat, but than I kept on rolling. Luckily it did´nt rain very much, just drizzle and after a time of 7h, I crossed the finish line without any other problems than the flat tyre
