Moin Pirates,,

last saturday I won the triathlon in Laggenbeck with the distances of 400m swim, 15km bike and 5km run, my time was 55:52minutes. With this time I was the day fastest, even the relay teams weren´t faster than me. And with wonderful 35degrees in the shadow I finished and won my first triathlon and received a trophy and two voucher, wonderful competition. Rainer and Maren also been in Laggeneck, Rainer made the pictures… and Maren participated, sadly she became a victim of the heat. ( Get well soon) Christiane participated her first triathlon, She sweated it out, we´re all proud on her. Only 66 from the 98 starters finished this contest in the blazing heat. Greetings Mike
